Thanks for including me! It’s funny because recently I was talking to a friend about actually teaching my early yoga class (6.30 am!) in my pyjamas once in a while … Have a wonderful day!
Oh I'm envious that you got to go to the movement event. We weren't back from Australia yet. All in for movement in random moments. Squats while the kettle boils, plank and leg lifts during any commercials if you're watching something or just whilst hanging out with small kids! We have a game where I do a "yoga pose" (it's not necessarily) and my daughter gets involved. This might end up with her flying in the air on my feet. It's fun. I do really love going to actual yoga classes though. Since I found two teachers where it's really about yoga, not a "workout". I've gotten stronger and more flexible in my body, but I care more that the same has been true for my mind.
Love these random movements, kids are such good workout buddies! And YES to finding your thing for your body and mind, with the right teachers 🙌🏼 The movement event was worth going to if you get a chance next year, you would have loved the snacks too 😀

Haha it makes perfect sense. Pyjamas allow us to move more freely, and there's no reason to get dressed that early 😅
What a fantastic roundup of resources. Honored to be included — thank you, Dina!
Of course! I'm glad I found you 😍
I love this article Deen!!
Thanks Zeen! 😘💛
😍😍 My Bestie side-hugging Jameela Jamil is my favourite thing of 2025 so far!!!! 😍😍😍
My fave thing too. Even though she hugged every Tom, Dick & Harry. It was still nice and cosy 💛
